Application Process
You must secure admission to a foreign university first. PRONABEC requires that the host university be ranked within the Top 400 globally according to QS, ARWU, or THE rankings. You then submit your application through the PRONABEC 'SIBEC' digital module.
You must upload your admission letter, proof of your undergraduate class ranking (you must be in the top third/tercio superior), and an official socioeconomic evaluation proving you lack the resources to pay for the degree yourself.
How to Win This Scholarship
The scoring system is mathematical and ruthless. You gain massive bonus points if your target university is in the Top 50 globally. You also gain bonus points if you graduated from a public Peruvian university, if your undergraduate degree is related to Science and Technology (STEM), or if you belong to vulnerable populations.
