The University of Tây Bắc (UTB) established in 2001, is a non-profit public-private partnership focused on providing high-caliber higher education within the Vietnamese context. Located in Quyet Tam Ward, Son La city, UTB occupies a significant geographic space, serving a population reaching approximately 106,000 residents.
